So I have decided that the worst part about cutting portions right now is feeling hungry. I know I am eating healthier foods so I'm not really hungry but trying to get over the mental part... I have been told after surgery it won't be as bad. 

Goal for tomorrow is to drink more water also I need to start walking. I'm trying to get into habits before my surgery so that it isn't so hard later. 

Win for the day is that I haven't had any soda for a few days and I'm on day two of only one cup of coffee a day... Next cut out sugar. I think I will get some sugar free jello to help with my post dinner sweet tooth. :-) good night all.
